UK Orders:
all orders are dispatched using CITY LINK or Royal Mail 1st class recorded. All orders are trackable from dispatch to delivery address and need to be signed for. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail 1st class recorded start starts from £1.50 and is calculated by weight
Courier price is £6 per order.
EUROPEAN Orders:
Two delivery options
1. Courier (recommended): All orders are trackable from dispatch to delivery address and need to be signed for. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
2. Standard Airmail: If using standard AIRMAIL delivery there is no tracking number and your order is NOT insured.
IMPORTANT: ANY ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED USING NORMAL AIRMAIL ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THESE ARE SENT ENTIRELY AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK.

This is because we believe that this gives customers piece of mind as they can track their parcel every step of the way and using couriers customers get there orders quicker.
Returns
Please contact us before returning any goods. Goods returned without contacting us will not be accepted.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size please notify us by email immediately. We will be happy to exchange it for you providing you return it (suitably packaged) in a resaleable condition (unworn and unwashed, and in an 'as new' condition) within 7 days of receiving it.
Please Note: Carriage will be charged on replacements sent to you & on orders sent back to us by non collection by the customer . If we make an error and send you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return carriage and pay for carriage on the replacement item.
EXTREME METAL MERCHANDISE (and all other UK companies) in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. 'Re-saleable condition' means that the item has not been worn or washed,and are in the same new condition as when the item/items were sent to you, including all packaging. You can therefore send back your item for any reason up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: Carriage is not refunded. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, & that the correct postage is paid.
