ORDERS: How long does my order take?
'Usually dispatched within 3-7 days.' – usually in stock or available from our suppliers for delivery within 7 days. If an item is out of stock a note will appear below the item at ordering.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE: How long do orders take?
Many of our special Order items are regularly in stock at our suppliers which makes them quickly available. In the event that our supplier is out of stock the item will be placed on back order and is often back in stock within the time range of 14 to 21 days.
We will dispatch your order the day we receive it from our suppliers.
If for any reason the item you ordered remains out of stock at our suppliers after 90 days, we will email you and give you the option wait longer or give you a full refund for that item.

In some circumstance, part of the order may include in stock items and part require items which need ordering in. Unless you receive alternative information by email notification, we despatch all items available at a time which may mean you receive the order in multiple deliveries.
Should you order other available stock items we will part ship your remaining order and forward this item on within the specified delivery schedule at no extra cost to you.
Can I cancel a Special order item?
Once you have placed an order for items that are special order, it is not possible to cancel it. This is because once we have ordered your item or items from the manufacturers we have to pay for and accept delivery of them.
If for any reason we need to cancel an item on your order for example, if the item is no longer available (deleted or no longer printed) or can't be supplied we will give you a full refund for that item.
Why is my country not listed?
Customers in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand MUST email us before placing an order. Any order will only be shipped to the PAYPAL registered address or to the CREDIT CARD billing address. NO ORDERS WILL BE SENT TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS.
Returns and Dissatisfaction
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return the Goods to us if you are not satisfied with them provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 14 working days of your receipt of the Goods. Returns are only accepted under this policy if the goods are complete with all original packaging, tags and receipts, in the condition in which they were originally sent and sellable, and the returns procedure has been strictly adhered to. You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) once the original products have been returned to us.
Return of faulty or damaged goods should be made by the arrangements detailed in our Shipping & Returns section of the Website; If Extreme Metal Merchandise have sent you items in error, according to your originally placed order, or if items are faulty, Extreme Metal Merchandise will refund your return postal costs.
In all other circumstances, Extreme Metal Merchandise reserves the right to charge postage costs made for exchanged or returned items.

It is our intention to deal with you complaints confidentially, fairly & speedily. Please endeavour to let us know of any complaint within 7 working days if possible. If you have a complaint or any other query please ring us on 0845 2727 666. We will endeavour to advise you what to do to resolve the complaint and we will do that within 5 working days..
Please contact us by email before returning any goods for an authorisation code. Goods returned without contacting us will not be accepted.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size please notify us by email immediately. We will be happy to exchange it for you providing you return it (suitably packaged) in a re-saleable condition (unworn and unwashed, and in an 'as new' condition) within 7 days of receiving it.
Please Note: Carriage will be charged on replacements sent to you & on orders sent back to us by non collection by the customer . If we make an error and send you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return carriage and pay for carriage on the replacement item.
EXTREME METAL MERCHANDISE (and all other UK companies) in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. 'Re-saleable condition' means that the item has not been worn or washed,and are in the same new condition as when the item/items were sent to you, including all packaging. You can therefore send back your item for any reason up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: Carriage is not refunded. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, & that the correct postage is paid.
